Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 26 October 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of blinderstechlab.com and to all services bought from Blinders Tech Lab, 741/40, Gadgil Plot, Sangliwadi, Sangli, Maharashtra 416416, India ("Company", "we", "us"). By using our website, accepting a proposal or making a payment, you ("Client", "you") agree to these Terms. Contact: support@blinderstechlab.com.

1. Services

We provide website design and development, e-commerce development, custom software and web application development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, integrations, hosting setup, maintenance and related IT services. The exact deliverables, timeline and price for your project are set out in a written proposal, quote or statement of work ("Proposal"). If the Proposal conflicts with these Terms, the Proposal applies for that project.

2. Quotes and pricing

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclude GST, which is charged at the applicable rate (currently 18%).
  • Prices on our Pricing page are standard starting rates. Your final price is the one in your Proposal.
  • Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
  • Third-party costs such as domain names, hosting, software licences, SMS credits and payment gateway fees are billed at actual cost or paid directly by you.

3. Payment terms

  • Projects up to ₹1,00,000: 50% advance before work starts and 50% before go-live.
  • Projects above ₹1,00,000: 40% advance, 40% on delivery of the test (beta) version and 20% on go-live, unless the Proposal says otherwise.
  • Maintenance plans and dedicated developer engagements are billed monthly or yearly in advance.
  • Invoices are payable within 7 days. If a payment is overdue by more than 15 days, we may pause work until it is cleared, and delivery dates will move accordingly.
  • Payments can be made by UPI, bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), or by card or net banking through a secure online payment link.

4. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide content, images, logins, feedback and approvals on time; to make sure any material you give us does not infringe anyone else's rights; and to nominate one person to give feedback and approvals. Delays in providing these may extend the timeline.

5. Changes to scope

Requests outside the agreed scope are treated as change requests. We will tell you the extra cost and time in writing, and start only after you approve. Change requests are charged at ₹1,200 per hour or as a fixed quote.

6. Revisions and acceptance

Each package includes the number of revision rounds stated in the Proposal. When we deliver a milestone, you have 7 business days to report issues. If no written feedback is received within that time, the milestone is treated as accepted.

7. Warranty and free fixes

After go-live, we fix bugs in the work we delivered free of charge for the period stated in your package (30, 60 or 90 days). This does not cover new features, changes to the agreed design, problems caused by changes made by others, or issues with third-party services, hosting or browsers released after delivery.

8. Intellectual property

Once full payment is received, you own the custom code, designs and content we create specifically for your project. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how, and give you a permanent licence to use them as part of your project. Open-source and third-party components remain under their own licences. Unless you ask us not to, we may mention your project in our portfolio without sharing confidential information.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties will keep each other's non-public business, technical and financial information confidential, and use it only for the project. This continues after the project ends.

10. Acceptable use

We will not build or host software for illegal activities, gambling, adult content, pirated material, or any purpose that violates Indian law or payment gateway rules. We may stop work on a project that we reasonably believe breaks this clause.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the fees you paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity. You are responsible for keeping your own backups of business data unless a maintenance plan includes backups.

12. Termination

Either party may end a project by written notice as described in our Cancellation Policy. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable. Refunds, if any, follow our Refund Policy.

13. Force majeure

Neither party is responsible for delays caused by events outside its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, epidemics, government action, internet or power outages, or failures of third-party providers.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to resolve any dispute through good-faith discussion. If that fails, the courts at Sangli, Maharashtra will have exclusive jurisdiction.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you accept a Proposal applies to that project.
